Summary

Requirements
- Good analytical skills and proven experience in analysing and writing automation scripts for complex business rules and rule engines
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience of SQL, API, Python, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools such as Zapier, Make, etc
- Strong knowledge of Spreadsheets
- Strong knowledge of Looker, Tableau, Power BI or any other data visualisation tool
- Strong knowledge of report and dashboard creation in Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Build and implement a scalable, reusable automation framework using Jira/Service Desk, Zapier, Zendesk, Looker, etc
- Support multiple ALM environments and API, JSON, and Python integrations
- Create and adjust Looker and Salesforce Dashboards
- Participate in kick-off meetings and creation of assessment checklists
- Work with manual process owners to enable automation suites to be executed regularly to validate the quality of releases and daily builds
- Manage large or multiple projects with changing priorities
- Oversee the ongoing review of Process Automation test(s) status; identify risks. Develop, recommend, and implement risk mitigation solutions and implement as appropriate
- Manage costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing process automation deliverables. Ensure schedule and budget are met. Identify the need for change, determine the course of action, and revise as appropriate
