Summary

Intrigma is seeking detail-oriented individuals with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or similar roles to join their team as Automated Scheduling Specialists. The role involves configuring Intrigma's automated scheduling system, collaborating with clients, staying updated with new features, and providing feedback for system enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, preferably in a field that demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3+ year experience in a SaaS Customer Success role or similar project management role

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client scheduling requirements to configure Intrigma's automated scheduling system effectively
• Set up and manage shift types, rules, quotas, and scheduling blocks to meet client-specific needs
• Utilize Intrigma’s tools, such as the Calendar View, Assignments Grid, and Shift Grid, to create and organize shifts
• Apply scheduling rules and patterns to automate the scheduling process, ensuring compliance with staffing needs and constraints
• Collaborate with clients to refine scheduling parameters and troubleshoot any scheduling conflicts or issues
• Stay updated with the latest Intrigma system features and updates to optimize scheduling configurations
• Assist in managing and responding to user requests, ensuring all scheduling preferences and constraints are appropriately addressed
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the Intrigma scheduling system and user experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or interest in healthcare scheduling or operations is a plus
