Automotive Consultant

Summary

Join Withum as an Automotive Consultant in our Braintree office! This role focuses on preparing warranty parts and labor submissions for automotive clients. You will be responsible for tasks such as preparing warranty calculations, comparing data, identifying missing repair orders, and collaborating with team members. Prior experience in the automotive industry and with warranty reimbursement is required, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The compensation is $75,000-$100,000, plus a competitive benefits package and bonus program. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the US except Colorado and New York.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Microsoft Office products, especially excel
• Prior experience in automotive industry and/or experience with warranty reimbursement and/or repair order review
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to get along with all types of people and personalities
• Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced professional environment

Responsibilities

• Preparing warranty parts and labor calculations
• Comparing the excel data to PDF copies of repair orders
• Identifying missing repair orders within the sequence
• Working collaboratively with the team’s managers and partners
• Maintain thorough communication with team leaders
• Be able to be self-accountable to fulfill deadlines timely
• Assisting with other duties when needed
