As an Automotive Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries via various channels, provide expert guidance on vehicle upgrades, craft custom service quotes, and coordinate appointments. You will utilize CRM and communication tools to manage customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams. Success requires a minimum of two years of experience in automotive sales or aftermarket customer support, a solid understanding of performance parts, and proficiency in specified software. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-obsessed, tech-literate, and a great communicator.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or aftermarket customer support
- Solid understanding of performance parts: ECU tuning, turbo upgrades, downpipes, exhausts, and intakes
- Proficiency in tools like Zoho CRM, Slack, Dialpad, and Wix (or similar platforms)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); Spanish or Punjabi a bonus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound messages and follow-ups via call, SMS, and Facebook Messenger with prospective and existing customers
- Offer expert guidance to help car enthusiasts understand upgrade options, tuning packages, and vehicle performance improvements
- Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional customer service experience rooted in shared automotive passion
- Craft custom service quotes tailored to the customer’s vehicle type, goals, and performance expectations
- Educate customers on tuning options, exhaust systems, and related upgrades with a focus on value, reliability, and results
- Close sales confidently by understanding both technical specifications and client needs
- Book installation or tuning appointments with certified service centers or local dealers
- Maintain a seamless customer journey through efficient scheduling using CRM and calendar tools
- Ensure each customer is prepped and ready for their shop visit—no surprises, just horsepower
- Track all customer activity, service status, and follow-ups via Slack, Zoho CRM, Dialpad, and other platforms
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Bring your ideas to the table recommend promotions, seasonal campaigns, or upsell opportunities based on market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine outreach and boost conversion rates
