AWS Consultant

Summary

Join NeuraFlash as an AWS Consultant with a growth path to Solution Architect. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions using platforms like Salesforce and Amazon Connect. You will assist in workshops, work with development teams, and leverage workshops and hands-on experience to develop skills in designing and architecting enterprise-level solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of experience in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest in cloud platforms. NeuraFlash offers a flexible work environment with options for in-office (4 days/week) or remote work, travel opportunities, and a collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination (internships included)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in learning cloud platforms and technical solution design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Document and manage process flows, functional specifications, and system designs
• Assist in preparing discovery and design workshops for client engagements
• Gain knowledge of Telephony Systems, Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms to provide tailored solutions
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in tools like Lucidchart, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus
