Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-8 cloud engineers and architects
- Define and communicate the value of technical solutions through structured documentation, value charters, and roadmaps
- Take on hands-on technical responsibilities, including technical tasks during sprints
- Lead technical discussions with customers and guide solution direction
- Handle code reviews and pull request management to ensure code quality
- Manage task assignments within sprints and ensure timely delivery
- Provide guidance on roadmap planning, best practices, and risk identification
- Mentor team members within projects, sharing feedback and supporting growth opportunities
- Serve as the point of technical escalation for client engagements
- Kick off new projects and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals
- Support pre-sales through proposal development, contract review, and client presentations
- Conduct technical interviews for Architect and Engineer candidates
- Perform 1:1s and support the career growth of your direct reports
- Navigate customer and team challenges with strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
