Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience managing programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing facilities
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes like CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, and more
  • Proven customer-facing experience and a consultative approach to technical sales engagements
  • Strong program management skills, with a focus on risk management and time efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across multi-cultural teams
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for process optimization and operational excellence
  • Up to 25% travel required to visit customers, manufacturing facilities, and team meetings

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional experiences that foster long-term loyalty
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment teams to scope, plan, and execute customer programs, always delivering on time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks early in the program lifecycle, keeping projects on track with proactive solutions and strategic guidance
  • Be the go-to expert on your program, offering valuable insights and clarity to both internal teams and customers
  • Focus on refining processes and driving operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Lead status meetings, clearly communicate goals, timelines, and quality standards, and resolve blockers to ensure alignment and success
