The role involves managing AWS infrastructure, optimizing performance, providing support for critical applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in AWS CloudWatch, including log analysis, SQL database management, and CRM tools, preferably in SaaS applications
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage AWS infrastructure, including setting up and monitoring CloudWatch alarms, metrics, and log analysis
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of SQL databases in SaaS environments
• Utilize CRM tools to streamline customer interactions and improve business processes
• Provide production support for applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification is a plus
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as HS, Jira
• Certification in ITIL or relevant IT service management frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS (CloudWatch)
