Summary
Lodgify is hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join their team remotely from any location in EMEA. The role involves becoming an expert on Lodgify's software and providing support to customers, handling multiple inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Ideal to have general knowledge about the main OTAβs, such as Airbnb, Booking.com , HomeAway/VRBO, Expedia, etc
Responsibilities
- Provide information and advice to users on our connection types
- Proactively connect with clients to troubleshoot technical issues
- Take appropriate action and guide as needed to solve issues
- Respond to incoming requests for assistance via email/tickets and chats
- Ensure nothing but excellent service and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone, chat, email, and screen sharing
- Report customer's feedback/issues to relevant departments & follow up
Preferred Qualifications
Having any other languages aside from these would be a great advantage
