The position is home-based with flexibility and requires regular travel within Central and Southern Italy. Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT distribution sector
  • Strong knowledge of B2B dealers in Central/Southern Italy
  • Native Italian and advanced English language skills
  • Understanding of commercial policies and sales processes
  • Familiarity with IT products and technology
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and team player mentality
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a multitasking environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with B2B corporate and SMB clients in the Central and Southern Italy regions
  • Make regular client visits to develop business opportunities and strengthen partnerships
  • Implement commercial policies and negotiate pricing strategies
  • Create quotes, prepare for tenders, and develop projects for corporate clients
  • Coordinate with technical and product management teams to address client needs
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide product presentations and training to clients
  • Report on sales activities and contribute to strategic planning
