The position is home-based with flexibility and requires regular travel within Central and Southern Italy. Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT distribution sector
- Strong knowledge of B2B dealers in Central/Southern Italy
- Native Italian and advanced English language skills
- Understanding of commercial policies and sales processes
- Familiarity with IT products and technology
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving abilities and team player mentality
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a multitasking environment
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with B2B corporate and SMB clients in the Central and Southern Italy regions
- Make regular client visits to develop business opportunities and strengthen partnerships
- Implement commercial policies and negotiate pricing strategies
- Create quotes, prepare for tenders, and develop projects for corporate clients
- Coordinate with technical and product management teams to address client needs
- Analyze market trends, competition, and identify new business opportunities
- Provide product presentations and training to clients
- Report on sales activities and contribute to strategic planning
