Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in a B2B product-based or eCommerce environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for client and project management
- Familiarity with Slack for internal communication is required
- Highly personable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for providing excellent client service and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs
- A passion for sustainability and a keen eye for quality and design
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and offering tailored promotional solutions
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of products
- Provide accurate quotes and estimates based on client specifications and order requirements
- Work closely with clients to refine order details and ensure all needs are met, handling any adjustments or changes to the original order
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering timely, effective solutions and maintaining excellent service throughout the client lifecycle
- Address any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, turning potential challenges into opportunities for improvement
- Use HubSpot for tracking and managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all ongoing projects
- Coordinate and manage orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure all client needs are understood and executed properly
- Collaborate via Slack with other team members, providing updates and ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned with client requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the promotional products industry is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of Commonsku is a plus, but not required
