Requirements

  • At least 3 years of content marketing experience
  • Proven track record of creating & distributing content and managing the website content through the CMS
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics and deep knowledge of content metrics
  • Able to show multiple examples of content you created that was highly engaging for your target audience

Responsibilities

  • Manage Website Content: Oversee and update content on the company website through the CMS, as well as building new pages from available templates
  • Coordinate Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with design and copy teams to execute direct buys and cross promotions, while communicating with partners to align on content distribution strategies & timelines
  • Distribute Content Across Platforms: Ensure timely distribution of content through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other marketing platforms to maximize reach and engagement with the target audience
  • Support Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development and refinement of marketing collateral, including ebooks, one-pagers, and other promotional materials to support various campaigns
  • Handle Client Reviews: Assis in the client interviews & video testimonials creation
  • Reporting and Analysis: Constantly analyze content performance metrics, set the benchmarks, and communicate with the data team to continuously refine & improve the reporting to optimize content strategies
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content from raw materials, including webinars and videos, transforming them into polished assets such as blog posts, social media content, and other digital formats
  • Create Educational Materials: Produce ebooks, one-pagers, and other educational content to support marketing efforts and enhance client engagement
  • Maintain Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to organize production schedules, ensuring that all content is delivered on time and aligns with overall marketing objectives
