Summary

The job is for a Content Marketing and Social Media Strategist at Alexa Translations. The role involves research, content creation, social media management, and overseeing content operations. The candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related fields, be fully bilingual in English, French, and/or Spanish, and possess technical skills such as CRM, SEO/SEM certifications, and proficiency in various project management tools.

Requirements

• Impeccable English, with a strong preference for those who are fully bilingual in English, French and/or Spanish
• 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related field
• 3+ years of social media experience in B2B SaaS or tech-related field

Responsibilities

• Research & Reporting: Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to learn and write about new topics, support SEO efforts, conduct keyword research, content creation, on-page optimization, and regular analysis of content and social media effectiveness
• Content Creation: Produce well-researched thought leadership pieces in various formats, review/edit the work of others, craft product-related content, and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are always met
• Social Media: Draft engaging social media posts, oversee scheduling and day-to-day management of social media posts, engage with social media followers, influencers, and partners, and convert social media followers into email subscribers and prospects
