Join HomeBuddy as the Inbound Marketing Manager and own the inbound marketing function, executing and managing initiatives to drive lead generation and nurture contractor leads. This remote, full-time position offers flexible hours with core working hours from 9 AM to 2 PM CDT, Monday-Thursday. You will manage a small team, oversee content creation, plan trade shows and events, and create detailed performance reports. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of B2B inbound marketing experience, including 2+ years in management, and proficiency in HubSpot and Google Analytics. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B inbound marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Ability to create reports in HubSpot and navigate the Marketing hub in HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams, with a focus on coaching, execution and results
- Strong background in inbound marketing strategies, content marketing, and lead nurturing
- Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track, measure, and report on marketing performance. Strong focus on KPIs and metrics
- Experience overseeing and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and events
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes the initiative to drive projects forward with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and be a key driver in inbound marketing innovation and experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to present data and results to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage inbound marketing strategies that align with HomeBuddy's growth objectives
- Manage and mentor a small team, including a Marketing Specialist and a Content Specialist. Foster a collaborative and productive remote work environment, focusing on personal and professional growth
- Oversee content creation and distribution efforts, ensuring that all content aligns with HomeBuddy's brand voice, is optimized for SEO, and effectively nurtures leads
- Work closely with the Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and execute trade shows and events, ensuring all details are covered and marketing collateral is aligned with campaign objectives
- Create detailed reports to track marketing performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, churn rates, and overall ROI. Use data to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies. Ad hoc reporting as needed
- Continuously optimize inbound marketing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness of all campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Home Improvement Industry
- Experience creating reports in ThoughtSpot
