Back Office Analyst

Summary

Join our growing global team as a full-time, entry-level Property Due Diligence Researcher! This remote position involves performing property due diligence using online resources, compiling reports, and sending information to clients. It's a vital role in real estate closings, requiring strong computer skills and attention to detail. The position offers a base salary of 2.174.000 COP per month, plus full benefits and bonus opportunities. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (with adjusted hours Nov-March). Successful candidates will have experience in US real estate or construction, advanced English skills, and the ability to work during Colombian holidays.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in Real Estate or construction in the USA
• Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1)
• Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail, with strong communication skills
• Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule (surcharge would apply)
• Distraction-free work environment for home
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment

Responsibilities

• Perform property due diligence using Google, Municipal Websites, and other online resources
• Compile reports and send this information to our respective clients
• Ensure that projects comply with state requirements
• Contact municipal government to validate construction permits
• Assist in the processing of permits in the USA, and their requirements
• Other duties, as assigned
