Summary

Join SeatGeek's Paid Social and Programmatic team as an Analyst and play a key role in expanding a multi-million dollar marketing channel. You will manage paid social campaigns across various platforms, optimize budgets to meet ROAS targets, and conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with designers and data scientists to develop innovative growth marketing strategies and execute A/B tests to enhance targeting, creative, and landing pages. Engage with external advertising partners to leverage platform capabilities and report to the Growth Marketing Director. This position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience managing performance advertising programs with an 8-figure annual budget, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running performance advertising programs on Meta, TikTok, and DSPs with an 8-figure annual budget
  • Strong project and time management skills; ability to juggle many campaigns and requests at once
  • Analytical and data-driven background with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills--you are at ease describing complex strategies and approaches to various audiences within an organization
  • Strong data analysis toolbox, including experience with Excel and Looker (or other BI tools)

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of Paid Social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google (app)
  • Managing budgets to maximize scale while hitting ROAS targets
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to diagnose performance
  • Ideate on when and how best to build out artist and team dedicated campaigns
  • Develop & execute experiments & A/B tests that evolve our targeting, creative, copy, and landing page strategies
  • Collaborate with Creative team on creative requests and share back results on ad performance
  • Engage with external advertising partners (Meta, TikTok, Google) to best utilize platform capabilities to maximize impact

Preferred Qualifications

Experience buying through a DSP is a plus
