Summary

Join Deel's Infra Engineering team and contribute to building a platform that empowers product teams to deliver business value faster. As a Back-End Engineer, you will work on the edge between DevOps and engineering, enforcing standards and best practices, creating tooling, maintaining internal libraries, providing architectural guidance, and owning high-loaded core services. You will be responsible for responding to production incidents and ensuring the smooth operation of Deel's infrastructure. This role requires 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Node.js, Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong system design, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Engineer
  • Kubernetes, Helm and Docker knowledge
  • Experience with Node.js, Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka
  • Experience with Infrastructure, observability/monitoring tools
  • Strong system design and problem solving skills
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities
