Backend Engineering Lead

Summary

Join our team as an Engineering Lead to oversee a small family of teams, provide technical and product leadership, and have the opportunity to grow successful direct reports. This role involves hands-on coding, mentoring, and coaching technical team leads.

Requirements

• Experience with data architectures (MDM, Data Mesh, etc.) or data platforms and tooling (Snowflake, Amplitude, Looker) and you are not afraid to dive into the data in partnership with our operations and analytics teams
• Experience working with Go To Market teams, internal product teams, business process automation, and/or customized CRM implementations
• You demonstrate a strong user focus with the ability to understand user needs and empathize with the challenges they face
• You not only get excited about big technical challenges, but being close to our business and go-to-market strategies
• You have experience mentoring/coaching technical team leads

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of engineers in creating capabilities that deliver accurate, high quality data and feedback loops to support our lead management and sales operations
• Foster an inclusive environment within small cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts
• Collaborate and build trusted relationships with HubSpotters all over the company, whether in engineering, product, design, research, marketing, or sales
• Deliver value iteratively by envisioning, experimenting, building, and monitoring the performance of new features and tools that contribute to HubSpots growth

Benefits

• Cash compensation range: 197000-316000 USD Annually
