Summary
The job is a remote position working on TileDB Cloud, a data management platform. The role involves designing and building new features, optimizing scaling solutions, creating usability improvements, and participating in on-call rotations. Prerequisites include Go or Python experience, REST service design patterns, Kubernetes, and performance debugging. Bonus points are given for C/C++ and Python experience. Responsibilities
- Designing and building a new distributed batch task graph feature
- Optimizing and iterating on the horizontal scaling solution of our task infrastructure
- Creating self serviced and customer driven usability improvements (global search API, performance improvements to access control)
- Making our product multi-cloud (GCP, Azure)
Preferred Qualifications
- C/C++ experience (our bindings use CGO)
- Python experience (we maintain, use, and write many Python API's)
