Requirements

• Leadership: Collaboratively lead the evolution of your team
• Team player: Excellent communication skills, knowledge diffusion, alignment with projects
• Experience: Strong experience as a software engineer, exposure to large-scale web applications
• Languages: Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build your own team: Manage a team of 3 to 5 Backend Engineers, provide regular feedback, foster growth, build a collaborative culture, conduct interviews
• Drive the delivery: Work with leads to define vision and strategy, drive delivery to meet business objectives, establish best engineering practices
• Be hands-on: Design, build, test, document, run, review and maintain code in Golang, Python, or Ruby
