Summary

Requirements

• Excellent German (at least C1 level) and upper-intermediate English
• Attention to details
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Performing invoice control
• Checking the data and comparing the details in the system
• Meeting team KPIs
• Correcting discrepancies if needed
• Securely working with customers’ sensitive information
• Communicating with suppliers in regard to invoices
• Maintaining working knowledge of our client’s products and services
