Senior Business Transformation Manager

Summary

The job involves managing and transforming various business operations such as Commercialization, Information Security, Finance, People, Information Technology, Communications, and business operating rhythms. The role requires an experienced project/program manager with a focus on back-office operations who will lead enterprise-wide transformation projects through people, process, and technology investments.

Requirements

• 8-10 years project/program management experience at the enterprise level for technology and process initiatives
• 5-years experience developing program initiatives with business case proposals
• 5-years experience managing program budgets and/or cost center management
• Division-wide or corporate annual planning support
• Strong analytic skills: root cause analysis, correlations, impact analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• History with CRM and CPQ enterprise tools, prefer Salesforce and integrated tools

Responsibilities

• Project Manage development and implementation of enterprise tools to support Marketing, Sales, Service, and Order-to-Cash
• Document and analyze detailed process flows for Marketing, Sales, Service, and Order-to-Cash
• Coordinate the Monthly Business Review and Monthly Priorities Review materials
• Create and maintain an investment and operations dashboard, track performance issues and communicate mitigation plans
• Create change management plans for significant transformations to the business which includes risk management, stakeholder evaluation, impact assessments, engagement needs, training assessment & plans, communication plans, metrics tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA desirable
• Process Management Certification/Training (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
• Change Management Training – PROSCI or in-house
• Project Management Certificate or 5 years experience – PMI or PRINCE
• Experience in enterprise functions: Business Operations, Sales/ Marketing/ Partnership Operations, Enterprise Applications Management, Mergers & Acquisitions
• Highly regulated background: medical, finance, environmental
• Mid-Large enterprise or business consulting history
• Lead or SME in at least two enterprise application deployment initiatives in CRM, ERP, or HRIS
