Responsibilities

• Daily handling of processing global bank transfers to our customers
• Local point of contact for managing relationships with partner banks & providers, including daily communication via email and phone
• Processing and monitoring our global bank payments and transactions with banks and providers aiming at avoiding any kind of delay/error – statuses, volumes, duplicates, rates, fees, technical issues, etc
• Providing insights and suggestions on improvements and optimizations of the various flows
• Supporting internal and external customers regarding the Global Bank Transfer product
• Owning and maintaining ongoing communication cadence with internal and external banking relationship contacts
