Summary
Join Fundraise Up as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be a key player in our mission to revolutionize nonprofit fundraising. Requirements
- Have a minimum of 12 months of SaaS B2B Outbound experience in Education or Higher Education
- Have experience communicating with VP+ contacts within accounts +$30k of annual contract value
- Be exceptional at multi-threading and comfortable working with 3+ contacts within an organization at any given time
Responsibilities
- Be exceedingly process-oriented and actively look for opportunities to optimize your current sales process
- Have experience working within a modern outbound technology stack (Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay)
- Demonstrate a track record as a top-performing Business Development Representative with 12-18 months of successful quota attainment
- Make personalization the foundation of your Outbound Outreach; avoid canned templates and make every prospect interaction feel special and bespoke
- Be exceptionally great at nurturing a "no" and eventually turning it into a "yes"
- Understand that early-stage companies move and iterate quickly and that this is an existing, not intimidating, aspect of the role
