Summary
Join Fundraise Up as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be a key player in our top-of-funnel sales process. We're looking for a highly process-oriented individual with 12-18 months of successful SaaS B2B outbound experience, a proven track record of quota attainment, and a passion for personalization in outreach. You'll leverage a modern outbound technology stack (Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay) to engage VP+ contacts at organizations with annual contract values exceeding $30k. This remote, North American-based role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including stock options and comprehensive health insurance.
Requirements
- Have 12 to 18 months minimum of SaaS B2B Outbound experience as BDR
- Have experience communicating with VP+ contacts within accounts +$30k of annual contract value
- Be exceptional at multi-threading and comfortable working 3+ contacts within an organization at any given time
Responsibilities
- Be exceedingly process-oriented and actively look for opportunities to optimize your current sales process
- Have experience working within a modern outbound technology stack (Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay)
- Demonstrate a track record as a top-performing Business Development Representative with 12-18 months of successful quota attainment
- Make personalization the foundation of your Outbound Outreach; avoid canned templates and make every prospect interaction feel special and bespoke
- Be exceptionally skilled at nurturing a "no" and eventually turning it into a "yes"
- Understand that early-stage companies move and iterate quickly
