Requirements

• BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc Graduate
• 3+ yrs of experience
• Good understanding of US staffing business, bench sales, and recruitment process
• Evaluate candidate for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications

Responsibilities

• Marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC)
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements
• Generating daily reports and updating them
• Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required
• Communicating with the consultants on a monthly Basis and update about submission and interviews
