The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, technical, and communication skills, along with experience in benefits configuration and claims adjudication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of related experience, including benefits configuration and claims adjudication
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, system logic documentation, and data analysis
• Strong skills in monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills to effectively engage all levels of an organization
• Ability to interpret client data and requests, delivering tailored solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the Benefits Configuration team in designing, implementing, and administering client plan designs/changes
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, and performance metrics for configuration accuracy, team productivity, and efficiency
• Hire, train, coach, and empower team members to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee the creation of quality assurance resources to enhance testing and audit processes
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA teams to define business rules and testing scenarios
• Participate in client onboarding and serve as a trusted resource during client meetings
