Summary

Join our team as a detail-oriented and client-focused Software Consultant! You will implement, configure, and customize software solutions tailored to client needs, working closely with clients to ensure seamless integration. This remote position, based in India (1 pm-10 pm IST), requires collaboration with clients, providing technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will troubleshoot issues, develop test plans, and create technical documentation. International travel is expected (up to 25%). Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in similar SaaS implementation consulting role
  • Proven experience in software implementation, configuration, and support
  • Excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Available to travel International on an as needed basis up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design software solutions that align with their needs
  • Configure, implement, and customize software solutions, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients during software deployment and post-implementation phases
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the software meets client expectations and business objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues during and after the implementation process
  • Identify project risk and collaborate with the Project Manager to solve it
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project deliverables
  • Train clients and end-users on the software’s functionality and features
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Implementations will often be completed remotely but some clients will require onsite support. Worldwide travel should be expected
  • Diligently track and log project time in our system

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules and systems is highly preferred
