Join The Mill Adventure, a start-up building innovative products for the iGaming industry, as a BI Analyst. You will leverage your data analytics expertise and iGaming knowledge to create actionable insights, support business growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining business reports, supporting expansion into new jurisdictions, building report templates, analyzing and visualizing data, investigating data discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams, and continuously improving reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate possesses strong BI tool experience (AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau), advanced SQL skills, and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry. Requirements

  • Proven experience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
  • Strong familiarity with the iGaming industry , including jurisdictional reporting mandates and gaming platform data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain business reports across key domains including compliance, regulatory, marketing, product, and financial analytics
  • Support the company’s expansion into new jurisdictions by translating regulatory reporting requirements into meaningful, accurate datasets and dashboards
  • Build and maintain jurisdiction-specific, reusable report templates , automating delivery wherever feasible
  • Analyze and visualize data using BI tools, contributing across the pipeline—from data extraction and transformation to final visualization and delivery
  • Investigate discrepancies between internal reports and external regulator data; conduct thorough data reconciliation and root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, CRM, Finance) to understand reporting needs, propose scalable solutions, and deliver insights
  • Continuously improve and refine existing reports and dashboards to align with evolving business and regulatory demands
  • Maintain and improve existing documentations of internal processes, reports and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of AWS data stack (e.g., Athena, S3, Glue, Redshift) is an advantage
