Summary

Join Aledade as a Sr BI Analyst I and collaborate with various company divisions, including Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. Develop moderately complex datasets, update and modify complex datasets, and create data visualizations and analyses to address diverse company-wide questions. Become a subject matter expert in at least one subdomain. Work closely with other BI team members and stakeholders. Demonstrate expertise in healthcare analytics, population health, and value-based care. Translate findings into actionable insights, build interactive dashboards and reports, and create presentations to communicate insights and motivate action. Assist in designing and implementing data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence
  • Experience analyzing data and communicating results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for a wide variety of audiences (company/ACO executives, internal staff, physicians, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Working with teams across Aledade to translate your findings into action
  • Build interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints that effectively communicate insights and motivate action among our internal business operations and partner practices
  • Assist with the design of and directly implement data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting
  • Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to support data driven decision making across many company divisions
  • Provides end user support to internal audiences for existing dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g. claims, EHR, clinical)
  • Experience in data management and data manipulation skills, including a strong foundation in SQL programming
  • Experience providing internal end-user support for reporting products, including answering technical questions, troubleshooting, and providing training
  • Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL (e.g. understands window functions)
  • Proficient with a BI dashboarding tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Tableau experience
  • Familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool (e.g. SSIS, Alteryx)
