Responsibilities

• Track and manage tenant rent payments to maintain up-to-date accounts
• Proactively contact tenants regarding overdue payments
• Resolve payment issues professionally and build positive relationships with tenants
• Update payment records, issue receipts, and reconcile accounts regularly
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly collections status reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards regarding rent collection
