Requirements

• Proven experience in billing, collections , and customer service
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online with hands-on expertise
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative tasks
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection
• Reside permanently in Latin America

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about contracts and invoices
• Create and send invoices to clients, including details of charges and payment terms
• Resolve billing issues and ensure a high level of customer service
• Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing, collections, and tracking payments
• Efficiently manage emails: sort, prioritize, and respond to messages promptly
• Perform administrative tasks: invoice clients, organize documents, manage simple projects, and work with Excel/CRM systems
• Handle client-facing tasks: answer inquiries, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong client relationships
