Summary
Join New Era Technology as a Customer Service Agent, handling inbound calls for a leading insurance company. You will provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, building trust, and offering tailored solutions to client inquiries. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to handle complaints effectively. The position offers five weeks of paid training, full benefits, and a 100% remote work environment. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotating schedule between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance policies
- Assist clients with transaction requests
- Strong analytical skills are required
- Provide general information about the organization
- Redirect customers to colleagues for specialized needs
- Responsible for receiving, understanding, and handling complaints, as well as finding effective solutions
- Provide support and advice in line with company policies
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the manager
- Ensure positive client relationships by conducting appropriate follow-ups
- Identify and suggest opportunities for service improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service: 1 year
- Knowledge of finance or savings products
