Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Summary

Join Nielsen as a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist and work remotely from home, supporting our Mexico operation. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Nielsen panel families, conducting interviews, ensuring proper equipment setup, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong computer skills. Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are required
• Strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking
• Superior organizational and time management abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• A quiet, dedicated home workspace
• High-speed internet connection
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to attend in-person orientation in Mexico City for Day 1

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Nielsen families participating in media measurement panels
• Conduct phone interviews, verifying eligibility, and ensuring proper equipment installation and maintenance
• Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection
• Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications
