Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or similar fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfort with technology
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Reside within a 2 hour radius of Mexico City

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone surveys and collect data
