Responsibilities

  • Receive and log HR inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems
  • Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and more
  • Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to processes
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Take ownership of query resolution and individual metrics
