Bilingual Outbound Sales Agent

Summary

Join Optimy, a division of Kognitive Tech Inc., as a Bilingual Outbound Sales Agent and connect with potential customers through our online chat system. You will guide customers through product options, interact with them via video chat to sell products online, and monitor website traffic to identify potential interactions. The role requires providing exceptional pre-sale engagement, identifying customer needs, and meeting sales KPIs. Compensation includes $19/hour plus bonuses. The position offers a fully remote, flexible schedule and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in both French/English with excellent verbal, written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Support our customers navigate their options and to choose the right products
• Through our video chat function you will interact with customers and sell products online, just like they would in-store, increasing conversion rates from site visits to sales revenue for our retailers
• Interact and collaborate with Optimy Tool to monitor website traffic and identify potential candidate interactions
• Provide an exceptional pre-sale engagement including properly identifying customer needs and solutions to drive sales within the organization
• Meet or exceed pre-determined sales KPI metrics
