Requirements

• 1+ years experience in high-volume inbound or outbound sales (B2B)
• A track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
• Strong phone presence and resilience, comfortable with spending significant time on the phone
• Excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (verbal and written) is essential to effectively engage and build strong relationships within the Quebec market

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers through inbound and outbound inquiries to source new sales opportunities
• Conduct discovery calls in French and English to effectively understand customer needs and requirements
• Route promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
• Conduct thorough account research, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our offerings
• Maintain and grow your prospect database within your assigned segment
• Collaborate on delivering engaging online demos to prospects as needed
