Summary

Join Zipdev's client and become their new Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR)! This role focuses on generating qualified leads and booking meetings through various outreach methods. You will target finance and HR decision-makers at U.S. companies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a similar role and proven success using CRMs and sales automation tools. This is a remote position located within LATAM, offering a competitive benefits package. The role requires strong communication and B2B sales skills. You will be responsible for meeting monthly KPIs related to outreach and booked meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role
  • Minimum English proficiency level of C1-C2
  • Proven success using CRMs such as Zoho CRM or comparable platforms to manage leads and automate outreach
  • Experience using Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phoneburner and Smartlead AI
  • Experience with multi-touch outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn or other social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messaging to executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to quickly learn industry trends and business needs
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated remotely
  • Comfortable working CST hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday
  • Located within LATAM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through a combination of cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and CRM automation tools
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in finance and HR departments
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team with net new leads
  • Research target companies to tailor outreach strategies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions in Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity and booked meetings (expected 8 meetings per month)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Experience targeting U.S.-based mid-market companies
