Summary
Join our fast-growing talent attraction firm as the first SDR and play a vital role in reimagining how CPG companies approach talent acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, building relationships with market leaders, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the CPG industry and proven B2B sales experience. You will utilize CRM systems, conduct high-level conversations with key decision-makers, and meet quarterly quotas. The position offers a work-from-home setup and a Monday-Friday schedule. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR or business development roles
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with candidate tracking systems like Loxo
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Content management and documentation skills
- Experience with demand generation and lead flow management
- Skilled in qualifying inbound leads using frameworks
- Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Research-savvy for identifying ideal prospects
- Exceptional communication tailored to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls
- Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for Aceβs services
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders
- Conduct high-level conversations with founders, C-suite, HR professionals, and hiring managers
- Update CRM (HubSpot) with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
- Meet quarterly quotas for qualified meetings
- Build repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and outbound strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing or consulting
- Bilingual (preferred)
- At least 3 years at the same company
