Bilingual Sales Representative

Summary

Join DirectBuy as a Renewal WinBack Agent and revitalize expired memberships! You will contact former members, offering promotions and incentives to reignite their engagement. This role demands excellent communication and sales skills to re-establish relationships and highlight membership enhancements. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues. DirectBuy provides comprehensive training and a supportive environment to help you succeed. Requirements

• Sales Experience
• Excellent follow-up capabilities
• ADVANCED English level, oral and written is essential

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls and emails, notifying expired members of current service enhancements and inviting them to reactivate their memberships
• Field inbound phone calls and emails from expired members who have questions regarding reactivating their memberships
• Remains a member advocate by listening to member grievances and working with the manager or other departments to resolve them quickly and satisfactorily
• Build relationships with members by handling all communications in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
