Summary

Join Procore Technologies as a Bilingual Senior Strategic Product Consultant to specialize in Financial Management and Preconstruction product lines for General Contractors. Leverage your consultative skills and construction industry knowledge to advise clients and drive value using Procore's software. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers, assessing business processes and strategic goals to maximize client outcomes. This remote position, based in Ontario, Canada, requires immediate availability and involves up to 50% travel. Successful candidates are technology enthusiasts passionate about modernizing the construction industry. This is a full-time employee position, not an independent contractor role.

Requirements

  • Be Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken proficiency required)
  • Have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Have previous experience as Controller or Project Manager for General Contractors
  • Have experience managing all aspects of project financials, including a budget, general conditions, productivity, forecasting and profit projections
  • Have knowledge regarding how to manage contracts, change orders, and invoices both upstream and downstream
  • Have experience with take-offs, estimates/proposals, bid management and bid leveling, and buyout and contract negotiations

Responsibilities

  • Work with Project Managers to deliver services designed to assess strategic goals and business processes in order to create solutions to support the client use case
  • Collaborate with Customer Success managers to deliver ongoing services that support continuous process improvement and long-term value realization of the platform
  • Interpret, consult, and enhance client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes
  • Synthesize client business motivations, business operations, and business analysis
  • Partner with other Strategic Product Consultants to advise on client best practices, provide guidance on, review, and/or development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), design rollout and training strategies, and assist in rollout execution
  • Leverage knowledge of the construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client's organization
  • Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore’s clients through clear and effective communication
  • Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
  • Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore Solutions as a market leader
  • Develop a mastery of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience establishing SOPs or programs
  • Have experience in training or software support
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
