Requirements

  • Possess end-to-end recruiting experience in organizations of varying sizes
  • Have a strategic and practical approach to attracting and retaining top talent
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate the nuances of hiring for specialized technical roles
  • Effectively prioritize work in an environment of competing demands while meeting KPIs
  • Be curious and proactively research new ideas
  • Have a proven ability to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly

Responsibilities

  • Gain insights by participating in client calls and needs analyses to understand client culture, recruitment challenges, and hiring criteria
  • Recruit by sourcing candidates using social media and technology, building talent pools, and communicating with candidates
  • Interview by creating interview guides, scheduling conversations, assessing candidates for experience and culture fit, making competency-based recommendations using AI Interview Intelligence technology, and conducting reference checks
  • Share knowledge by instilling confidence in company expertise, addressing client needs, ensuring transparency, and escalating concerns as needed
  • Report by collaborating with the Business Analyst and Operations team to gather and interpret recruitment data, prepare updates, and contribute to client presentations
  • Make hiring awesome by prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, supporting candidates, and advocating for great talent
  • Assist with internal projects such as knowledge sharing, special client assignments, or contributing to bootcamps and workshops
