Blockchain Intelligence Analyst

Summary

As a Blockchain Intelligence Analyst, you will drive TRM's collection, analysis, and reporting on key areas of the crypto economy. You will collaborate with an experienced team to build scalable systems to detect, prevent, and mitigate cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using open-source tools to gather and analyze intelligence (OSINT Expertise)
• Strong ability to synthesize and report complex information clearly and accurately (Analytical Skills)
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies, with a focus on tracing transactions and identifying malicious activity (Experience in Blockchain Analysis)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce actionable intelligence reports (Communication & Collaboration)
• Demonstrate full ownership of your work, taking an 80/20 approach to accomplish objectives (Ownership)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC, CEH) and experience in cybersecurity or intelligence gathering (Certifications & Background)

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on key areas of the crypto economy to detect suspicious activities
• Use OSINT skills to uncover hidden threats and improve our security posture
• Provide key insights that contribute to real-world action against threat actors
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to enhance the TRM product
• Produce intelligence reports that help law enforcement, internal teams, and clients stay ahead of cyber risks
