Summary

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer or sales roles
• A result-oriented individual who can multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• You feel comfortable communicating over the phone and email
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of our CRM system

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads or people interested in getting healthcare services in our clinics
• Manage patient leads showing interest in our virtual clinic consisting of: Explain our clinical offer, Enroll patients in the clinic, Booked the first appointment with physicians, Validate patient’s health insurance
• Be responsive on the phone with patients
• Remote work using sales tools such as Salesforce (CRM) and Aircall (online phone)

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Background/ Experience in the healthcare environment is a plus
