Brand & Design Lead

Summary

The job is for a creative and experienced Brand & Design Lead to shape the physical guest experience of Kasa's short-term rental apartments and boutique hotels by collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading interior design projects, ensuring brand consistency, and creating compelling and functional in-unit designs.

Requirements

• Strong background in interior design with a keen eye for detail
• Capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery without compromising quality
• Passionate about maintaining brand consistency across all design projects
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including operations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Design leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement in-unit and on-site experiences that reflect the brand vision
• Lead interior design projects, overseeing all phases from concept development to final execution
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all design elements are practical, cost-effective, and meet logistical constraints
• Ensure that every aspect of the interior design aligns with Kasa’s brand identity

Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to travel: Ability to travel throughout the country up to a few times each month to perform site visits and oversee design implementations
