The Marketing Design Lead is a strategic role responsible for defining and executing the visual identity and communication design of marketing touchpoints at SIMPLE, a successful mobile health app. The position requires 6-10 years of experience in senior design roles, strong background in visual storytelling and performance-driven design, leadership skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in brand and performance marketing.

• 6-10 years in a senior design role with a proven track record in brand and performance marketing
• Strong background in visual storytelling and performance-driven design, with a portfolio demonstrating past successes in significant campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, lead a design team, and work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Skilled in planning and executing long-term strategies, with a keen ability to anticipate market trends and align them with company objectives
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design vision and strategies to stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall visual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and market positioning
• Spearhead design initiatives that enhance and optimize marketing campaigns, particularly in digital and video advertising, to improve performance metrics
• Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to integrate visual design seamlessly into broader marketing strategies
• Proactively identify and act on emerging trends in design and marketing to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation
• Maintain rigorous standards of design quality and consistency, ensuring that all creative outputs align with strategic marketing goals
