Responsibilities

• Provide design direction to the team, overseeing the creative outputs of the design studio
• Own concept development, creative direction, and brand application for integrated campaigns and creative project delivery
• Drive the development of audience-focused creative for brand campaigns and multi-channel marketing initiatives to meet business targets
• Create visually compelling creative assets that align with our brand identity, exploring new design territories across digital ads, social media content, email, landing pages, presentations, event collateral, print materials, and motion content
• Present vision, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders, communicate the impact of design in solving business problems, rationalise decisions, and incorporate feedback
• Collaborate with a global team of writers, designers, and external agencies to conceptualise and execute integrated marketing campaigns from initial ideation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics / video editing experience (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with CSS / basic understanding of Javascript
• Experience working with frontend developers
• Experience with HTML5 and Google Web Designer
