Join Vanta's Brand Creative Team as a Brand Design Lead and help elevate our brand identity system. You will create key design assets, manage brand guidelines, and mentor other designers. This fully remote role requires a BFA in graphic design, 8+ years of experience, and a strong portfolio. Requirements
- BFA in graphic design or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in brand design
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills in areas such as typography, editorial design, logo design, and infographics
- A solid understanding of graphic design principles and current trends
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, self-manage, and demonstrate leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, including experience creating scalable guidelines and templates within Figma
Responsibilities
- As a key contributor to enhancing Vantaβs brand identity, you will report to the creative director, and collaborate with designers, motion designers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders within the marketing and growth teams
- Push the creative bar, and be the champion of our brand identity system
- Proactively identify the opportunities for the improvement, and create guidelines and templates for the internal and external use
- Work with stakeholders and help develop processes to enable adoption of the identity system throughout the company
- Mentor and guide other designers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience having worked at a tech company, a startup, or an editorial world
- Illustration and animation skills
