Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience at a tech startup or agency (B2B experience is a plus)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate them effectively
• Experience working independently, handling multiple projects, and delivering high-quality work on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve a new brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
• Develop and maintain a strong visual language that works across various touchpoints
• Explore how the brand communicates through social media, presentations, sales collateral, email campaigns, website, merchandising and videos
• Plan and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead-generation and brand awareness
• Own projects from concept to final execution, maintaining high creative standards
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion design or video editing
• Experience in web design
• A passion for healthcare, AI, or tech-driven solutions
